At Michelle Moesker Art, every artwork is carefully prepared and shipped with the utmost attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Shipping Within Australia
All artworks include registered shipping with full insurance across Australia. Each piece is securely packaged using protective materials and sent via Australia Post and other trusted courier or postal services. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its journey.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, however most orders arrive within 10 business days from dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping is available upon request. Due to the varying size, weight, and destination of artworks, shipping costs will be calculated individually.

Processing Times
Please allow 3–7 business days for your artwork to be prepared, packaged, and dispatched. For commissioned or made-to-order pieces, longer preparation times may apply and will be communicated in advance.
Insurance and Care
All shipments are fully insured for peace of mind. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assist with a claim.
