Copyright and all associated intellectual property rights, including the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works, remain solely with Michelle Moesker Art.

This means that even after purchasing an original artwork:

• The artwork may still be reproduced by Michelle Moesker Art

• It may be used for limited edition prints, licensing, or other commercial purposes

• Ownership of the original does not transfer any reproduction or usage rights

Limited Edition Prints

Michelle Moesker Art reserves the right to produce and sell limited edition prints or reproductions of any artwork, including pieces that have been sold as originals.

Restrictions on Use

All customers and website visitors agree that they must not, without prior written consent from Michelle Moesker Art:

• Copy, scan, photograph, or reproduce any artwork

• Print or distribute any artwork in any format

• Use any artwork for commercial or promotional purposes

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any artwork

• Use any artwork for digital, online, or social media reproduction beyond personal viewing
